The hotel's restaurant is Marco Pierre White's first venture outside of London. It has views over the River Irwell and offers a surprisingly good value menu, especially for Sunday lunch. Popular with visitors and local alike.
Exterior:
The hotel's facade is ultra-modern in glass and steel. There is a pedestrian area at the entrance to the hotel complex at the base of the stunning Trinity Bridge which links the hotel to Deansgate.
